Homemade Ice Cream

We use our 14% proprietary ice cream mix and add Golden Barrel Syrup to taste. Then we blend it together. Then we pour this mixture into our batch freezer. While the batch is freezing, we mix a special blend of syrup and pie crumbs from Golden Barrel in a separate bowl. When the homemade ice cream is finished mixing in the batch freezer we extract it and add in the special blend of syrup and pie crumbs. Then we freeze it overnight to harden.
